Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ScoreIt mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using ScoreIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Ownership and Copyright

ScoreIt is owned and operated by Gianluca Orpello, Angelo Lepore, and Gabriella Annunziata (collectively, “we,” “our,” or “us”). All content, features, design, and intellectual property within the App are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of the App

• ScoreIt is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the normal operation of the App.

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 Paid App Model

ScoreIt is a paid application available for a one-time purchase price of €0.99. There are no recurring subscription fees or hidden in-app purchases required to access the core features of the app.

3.2 Billing and Payment

• All payments, billing, and transactions are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged immediately upon confirming your download/purchase of ScoreIt.

3.3 Refunds

• All purchases made through the App Store are final.
• Refunds are handled directly and exclusively by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store policies. ScoreIt cannot directly process or provide refunds for purchases.

4. Changes to Features or Pricing

We reserve the right to update, modify, or add features to the App at any time, with or without notice. The one-time purchase price of the application may be updated or adjusted in the future for new users, but existing users will not be charged again for their initial purchase.
